At present we have 16 full time workers employed by the mission. These folk depend on the prayerful generosity of missions supporters for their salary. While support for many of these people is good, there are people whose support level is well below the basic salary level. People such as Luz-Maria are vital to the running of major projects. She is not only the Campsite Administrator, but also a leader in related ministries such as the Peruvian 'Amazing Journey'.
People like Quintin Anco and his family working in Conosur. While pastoring the 'Word of Life' church they are seeking to care for vulnerable children and adults in the needy Vinani area of the city.
