People say that Europe is in crisis. But God does not opt out. Jesus specialises in crisis management. Come and catch the vision for what God is doing in Europe, and find out how you can be part of His conquest through the love of Jesus Christ.
EURO-Vision is a special evening event, supported by Baptist Missions, which aims to help young adults (aged 18-30's) see the need for an authentic Christian witness across an increasingly secular and religiously indifferent European continent, while also sharing the challenge of, and opportunities for, mission service in various parts of Europe.
The organisers hope that this event will inspire and encourage young adults to look at the spiritual needs of Europe, to catch a vision for what God is doing there, and to think about what He might be asking them to do for Him in this spiritually needy region of the world.
The evening's programme will include a time of worship led by Belfast worship leader and song writer Nathan Jess, short interviews with people who have been or are involved in mission in Europe, multi-media presentations on 'Why Europe needs Christ', a talk by Paul Bowman to 'challenge' and 'inspire' and, in conclusion, information on some opportunities for mission service in Europe. David Dunlop (Windsor Baptist) will introduce the various participants.
Pastors, elders and mission committee members are encouraged to advertise and promote this event, encouraging any young adults who may have an interest in Europe to attend.
