Baptist Missions: Working together, saving lives

In Phil. 3:13-14, Paul illustrates from his own life how to progress in the gospel. How do we follow Paul’s example as another year opens up? His prize was not the law, but life in Christ. The prize of blessings and rewards in the age to come stirred him to re-evaluate the present struggles. Neither following the law, nor living in a fallen world stirred his passion. It was God’s upward call that made his life purposeful as he anticipated perfect fellowship with Christ forever.
